Refunds are written down, which puts GuardianBoost ahead of the bargain-bin sellers we usually find at $15, but the terms describe a process, not an outcome. Budget the money you would be comfortable arguing about later.

Support runs on site chat with an email ticket fallback, and both answered us inside the same working day. Nobody advertises round-the-clock staffing, and we would not plan around getting a human at four in the morning.

Tone on the refund question was the useful part of the test. We asked how a late order gets handled before we bought anything, and the reply pointed at the published conditions instead of improvising a promise. That is the response an auditor wants to see - a shop that quotes its own paperwork usually intends to be held to it.

The order form is short and does not fight you. Game, current division, target division, price. There is no upsell wall between the quote and the payment button, which is a small mercy in a category that loves them.

Read the refund conditions before that button, not after.
