Using LegitBoosters: Terms of Service

This page sets out the terms that apply when you use legitboosters.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”). Using the site counts as agreement to these terms - if you disagree with any part, the only remedy is not to use the site.

1. Site Overview

Legit Boosters exists to survey the boosting market rather than take part in it. Everything published here is journalism of a kind: appraisals, league tables, pricing analysis, practical guides. Nobody buys a boost from us, because none is offered, resold or brokered, and every deal a reader strikes with a covered company happens without us.

2. Reviews, Not Recommendations

Ratings, positions in our tables, written reviews, quoted prices and how-to material all carry our editorial view, formed from research and real orders at the time each page went live. Read them as general information. Providers revise pricing, rules and standards constantly, so no page can be promised as exhaustive, still accurate today or free of mistakes, and none of this replaces advice from a lawyer, an accountant or any other professional.

3. Services We Link To

We review third-party services and link out to them, but we do not own, run or control any of them. Placing an order creates an agreement that binds you and the seller only - its own terms, pricing and policies govern the purchase. The actions, availability, products and content of third parties are outside our responsibility.

Note that boosting is generally against game publishers' terms of service and can have consequences for your account. Before ordering from any listed service - including the top-rated ones - the decision and the risk are yours alone.

4. Site Usage

• Bulk copying, scraping or reposting our material elsewhere needs our permission first.
• Interfering with the site or the servers behind it, by flooding, probing or any similar means, is off limits.
• Claiming to be us, or dressing up our name or our pages as an endorsement, is not allowed.
• Correction requests must be genuine, and invented evidence is not welcome.

5. Trademarks and Ownership

Copyright in the original work published here, from the writing and the ratings through to the page design, rests with us. A short quotation is acceptable when a link accompanies it. Trademarks of game publishers and of boosting companies show up in these pages for identification and nothing else, and legitboosters.net is neither partnered with nor approved by any of them.

6. “As Is”

The site comes “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranty at all, stated or implied, over accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site will run without interruptions or errors.

7. Liability

Responsibility for consequential, special, indirect or incidental loss connected with this site, or with anything bought from a provider you discovered here, is excluded as far as the law will allow. That covers bans, confiscated accounts, missing data and profit never made. Whatever sliver of liability the law refuses to let us exclude is capped at the sum you have paid us for access, namely nothing.

8. Changing These Terms

These terms may change now and then. Whatever version carries the latest effective date on this page is the one in force. Using the site after an update means the updated terms apply to you.
