LegitBoosters Paid LevelUpper and Tracked the Order: Is It Legit?

4.1(5) Verified
2 games Service From $14 / division

Strengths and Weak Spots

What we liked

  • Deadlines held on both orders we paid for, each closing by the date checkout quoted, with no chasing needed.
  • A booster picked the job up in 40 minutes on average across those purchases, which is quick for a shop this size.
  • Eleven years of history behind the domain, and our sweep of complaint threads found nothing filed against the name.

What we didn’t

  • Five Trustpilot ratings in total - too few to read a pattern from, and our own count of two does not fill that gap.
  • No written refund terms anywhere on the site, so any dispute starts from zero paperwork.
  • Nothing published about credential handling: no session policy, no word on what happens to your password after delivery.
  • Coverage stops at Marvel Rivals and Apex Legends, and an audit score of 73 puts it well under the 99 at the top of our list.

LevelUpper Fact Sheet

Online sinceDomain records go back to March 2015, which gives the brand roughly eleven years of trading history under one name.
Keeping the account safeNothing documented on credential handling - no session or VPN policy, no statement on password storage after delivery. Change the password yourself once the order closes.
Games on the rosterTwo titles only: Marvel Rivals and Apex Legends.
Reaching supportOrder chat, staffed hours not posted. No ticket desk or public Discord surfaced during either purchase.
How they playHandled on your login - a booster signs in and plays the divisions out. No duo or self-play route appeared at checkout on either order.
Payment methodsNot disclosed on the order page. Both of our purchases went through without friction, though the accepted rails stay unverified until checkout lists them.
Entry costMarvel Rivals starts from $14 a division; Apex Legends asks $15 for the same unit. No per-win unit offered.

Is LevelUpper Safe to Order From?

Start with what a boost does to an account. Both titles here treat account sharing as a rules break, and nothing about paid play is invisible to Respawn or NetEase if either decides to look. Outcomes run from a warning through a rank rollback to a full suspension, and which one lands has more to do with how loudly the order runs than with which shop sold it. Neither account we used picked up a penalty. Two accounts is evidence; it is nowhere near proof.

LevelUpper publishes nothing about credential handling. No note on session hygiene, no line about whether your password is wiped from the order thread after delivery, no VPN policy we could quote back at them. We reset the password on both accounts ourselves the day each order closed, and any buyer should do the same. Absence of a written policy does not prove bad practice, but it does mean the burden sits on you rather than on a commitment somebody put in writing.

Anti-scam checks came back boringly clean: domain records reach back to March 2015, organic traffic runs near 52,000 visits a month and is climbing, and our sweep of chargeback and complaint threads turned up nothing against the name. The missing piece stays the same one - refund language you can read before spending money. That is the single fix we would want in place before putting a large order through here.

How a Boost Gets Done

  1. Pick Marvel Rivals or Apex Legends on the order page, then dial in the division you are sitting on and the one you are buying up to. The quote moves from $14 or $15 per division as you drag the sliders.
  2. Pay, and the job drops into the queue. Across the pair we bought, the stretch before someone picked it up averaged 40 minutes - hold them to roughly that, because it is the only start figure anyone has published for this shop.
  3. Hand the login over in the order chat and flag anything you want left untouched: agents, cosmetics, loadouts, any ranked run you are protecting. Nothing on the checkout page collects those preferences for you.
  4. Watch progress in the same thread and confirm when the target division shows on the account. Both of ours landed on schedule, so we never had cause to test the dispute route.

Price Check

Pricing is quoted per division and opens at $14 on Marvel Rivals, $15 on Apex Legends. Those are entry figures: what one division costs low on the ladder, before the multipliers that higher tiers attach. LevelUpper sells divisions and nothing else, so there is no per-win option if you want a fixed number of games instead of a fixed division target.

What the checkout never itemises is what those numbers buy further up, or which payment rails it takes - we saw neither documented before paying. For comparison, Eloboss opens win-based work at $6, a different unit that behaves differently on your wallet. On raw division cost LevelUpper reads mid-market for a tier-B shop; on transparency around the cost, it reads thin.

Help and Contact

Support runs through the order chat, and that is where our questions went on both purchases. Replies came back inside the same session each time, though staffed hours are anyone's guess - LevelUpper does not post them, and neither order happened to need help at an awkward hour. We found no ticket queue and no public Discord, which makes the chat thread your only record of what was agreed. Save it. If a refund argument ever starts, an unbroken log is the closest thing to written terms this shop hands you.

LevelUpper FAQs

Will my account get flagged for buying a LevelUpper boost?

Boosting breaks the account rules on both Marvel Rivals and Apex Legends, so the honest framing is that the risk is small, not absent. Neither of the two accounts we ran through LevelUpper collected a penalty, though a count of two proves very little either way. What actually moves the odds is you: logging in mid-order, telling friends, or streaming while a stranger is on your account.

How long does a LevelUpper order take from start to finish?

Number first: 40 minutes was the average stretch before a booster took our orders, and both wrapped by the date the checkout quoted. Past that, the clock scales with how many divisions you bought and how far your hidden rating has drifted from the target. LevelUpper publishes no per-division ETA, so the checkout estimate is the only figure you can hold them to in a dispute.

Are five Trustpilot ratings enough to trust this shop?

Five ratings cannot carry that weight. Every one of them sits in the top band, the platform still displays 4.1, and either number swings on a single fresh review. Set against roughly 52,000 organic visits a month, a five-review history mostly says nobody here asks customers for feedback - a gap in the paperwork rather than a red flag on its own. Let the delivery record settle this one; the star line has too little behind it to weigh.

Which shop would we buy from instead of LevelUpper?

Eloboss, on our numbers. LevelUpper asks you to take refund handling on faith; Eloboss puts its terms in front of you before checkout, carries a 99 against LevelUpper's 73, and opens win-based work at $6 - and our verdict on it rests on a network pool of 248 paid orders, not the two we spent here (full write-up). For one or two divisions on Apex, LevelUpper handles it fine. For anything larger, we would want the documentation.
